Urmi Mala Mahanta serves as the Secretary of APRINS, bringing her experience in education, technology, and community development to the organization. She has been closely associated with APRINS since 2011 and has played a key role in mobilizing programs that promote women’s empowerment and sustainable livelihoods. With over a decade of experience, she leads initiatives that promote education, livelihoods, and capacity building for rural and underprivileged communities.

Mr. T.E. Rassull is a dynamic development professional with over 19 years of experience in the social sector, education, and entrepreneurship. As the Director of APRINS, he leads initiatives in collaboration with government and non-government agencies to strengthen Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) and empower communities across Northeast India. His diverse background spans project planning, resource mobilization, training, and business development.

Dr. Urbashi Mahanta is a researcher and community leader dedicated to bridging science and social impact. With a joint doctoral degree from IIT Hyderabad and Swinburne University, Australia she has published extensively in international journals and received the Excellence in Research Award from IIT Hyderabad. Alongside her academic pursuits, she has been actively engaged in community development through APRINS. As Director, she leads with a vision to empower people in the Northeast region through education, skill development, and sustainable initiatives.
