APRINS welcomes students, recent graduates, and volunteers at all career stages. Internships range from 1 to 12 months and can be tailored to your interests, including the option to design a customised project that matches your passion with our mission.

Hasse Russa
Hasse Russa Farmer Producer Company, formed in 2023 in Longding, Arunachal Pradesh, has become a beacon of hope for local farmers. The FPC has empowered small landholder farmers by improving Areca Nut and Ginger farming through training, market linkages, and collective strength. In just one year, it generated over ₹43 lakh in revenue, giving farmers fair prices and better livelihoods. Guided by APRINS and NERAMAC, the FPC stands as a shining example of rural entrepreneurship, women’s participation, and sustainable growth.
BIKACHSI
BIKACHSI Agro Producer Company Ltd., formed in December 2022, has brought together 260 small and marginal farmers from 12 villages in Cachar, Assam. Through training, crop diversification, and collective marketing, the FPC has empowered farmers to move beyond single-crop dependency. Today, it not only procures and mills paddy but has also launched its own premium rice brands. With modern equipment and support from government schemes, BIKACHSI Agro is creating a sustainable livelihood for farmers and paving the way for rural prosperity.
